Happy New Year!
The key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities. ~Stephen Covey
The past year was a year of learning and making new connections getting us ready for more new stories to share this coming year.
A mentor of us, Marie Forleo —if you haven’t heard from her, check her website; she is phenomenal— gave us something to focus on this new year that we want to share with you: PRIORITIES; a word that allow us to live a more fulfilled life by investing our time and efforts in that that make us happier, better, and grateful to be alive.
As visual as we are, we put her metaphor of life in a container, the one on the photo of this blog post, which symbolizes our micro universe. The minor things that get in the way on a daily basis are represented by colored sand. The medium size stones, represent any other thing that is not essential to us. And the top level represents the important things in our life: health, personal development, relationships. The order may vary but it exemplifies our main priorities for this coming year.
With a lot of excitement and joy that this new year brings, we want to wish you a very happy new year for you and your micro universe.
What are your top priorities for the New Year? Please let us know in the comments section.
