Thank you for visiting Inquisitive Quincie!

My name is Carmen and, I am the author and creator of Inquisitive Quincie [pronounced “Queen” + “C”]. Quincie is a character who doesn’t mind being unique and different. Her nose pointing up is a reminder of how much kids look up to us. She loves spending time in her backyard where she loves to observe and play with a butterfly and a squirrel, and her mom’s holiday decorations. She loves pies and pizza, and she hopes you feel connected somehow to her stories and crafty activities, and that you have fun reading, coloring, and sharing with your little one/s.

Inquisitive Quincie started as a project to promote healthy habits in children back in 2010, with Quincie’s first story “A Day Learning About Teeth” published in English and Spanish.

Today, Quincie has three additional stories “Red, White & Blue”, “Getting Ready for Halloween”, and “Christmas Wishes”. These stories seek to promote freedom, imagination, or the habit of giving and sharing on each holiday respectively –with more stories to come.
