Believe it or not, our energy can influence people around us. Emotions such as love, enthusiasm, passion, gratefulness, contentment, appreciation are good sources of positive energy. So, the more we emanate these emotions the better we and people around us are going to feel.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could all emanate good energy all the time? Unfortunately, energy comes and goes, so here are some tips to improve and replenish our good energy:
1. Pick a fitness routine or a sport that motivates you and keep healthy eating habits.
2. Stay in touch with nature.
3. Meditate, pray or count your blessings before going to bed.
4. Appreciate and compliment beauty around you.
5. Indulge yourself.
6. Giving is a wonderful way to generate good positive energy.
7. Understanding and smiling for when negativity comes around us.
8. Get rid of any grudges.
9. Surround yourself with positive people as much as you can.
10. Feed your brain with new experiences or interesting information.
